Return/right of cancellation
Cancellation of orders
All orders can be canceled within 48 hours from when you placed your order. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and delivery process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, so everyone who shops at HotTrendMall.com gets the following guarantees:
- Full refund if you do not receive your order;
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (45 business days including 2-5 business day processing).
- Full or partial refund if the item is damaged.
- Full refund if you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused). See below about right of withdrawal.
Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (eg entering the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
You can submit your refund request within:
- 14 working days after the order has been delivered.
- 45 working days since your order was placed. You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
- If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to the Act on distance contracts and off-premises contracts. To cancel the purchase, you do so by informing us that you have canceled your purchase at the latest within 14 days of receiving your order.
When returning, the product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, if possible, with all its accessories and all packaged components.
The return shipping costs are your responsibility in case of personal reasons, such as you didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc. We will refund the full cost of goods and shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.
How to return an item
To initiate a return, do the following:
- Send us a photo of the products you have received with the return request to info@HotTrendMall and we will guide you through the steps.
- Return the item to the address provided via email within ten calendar days and send the tracking number after you ship the item.
- Do not return your purchase to us unless we give you permission to do so.
If goods have arrived at the postal agent but are not picked up by the recipient, a postage fee of SEK 149 is charged
Exception
Under the category “personal” are products that are customer-specific and uniquely adapted to you. these products cannot be returned unless the product is broken or damaged.
These products are: Personalized dog harness with reflex, Personalized wall letter with name, Personalized figure sign with name, personalized pennant with name, personalized coasters
